● Parameter Setting
StageNavigate the Beckhoff PLC panel to select the target packaging weight. Adjust sealing temperature (80–150℃) and running speed based on adhesive viscosity. Save the configured parameters for one-click reuse in subsequent production runs.
● Operation & Shutdown Stage
Press the start button to initiate automatic packaging (forming, sealing, cutting). During operation, check package integrity periodically. After production, press stop, cut off power and air supply, then clean residual adhesive with the dedicated tool in the accessory kit.
