Step 1: Pre-Operation Preparation
Check the main power supply, air compressor, and material feeding system to ensure they are stable and free from leaks.

Load the HMPSA blocks into the feeding hopper, ensuring they are aligned and free from damage to avoid jams.
Input the packaging specifications (e.g., 500g, 600g, 1000g) into the touchscreen to match the product requirements.
Step 2: Parameter Setup & Calibration
Set the target production capacity (1000kg/h, 2000kg/h, or 3000kg/h) and sealing temperature on the PLC control panel, based on the adhesive type.
Calibrate the feeding speed, cutting length, and sealing pressure to ensure consistent packaging dimensions and seal integrity.
Run a short test cycle to check for proper alignment, seal quality, and material flow, adjusting parameters as needed.
Step 3: Automatic Production Operation
Press the "Start" button on the touchscreen to initiate the fully automatic production process.
Monitor the machine in real time via the PLC interface, checking for stable sealing, no leakage, and consistent output.
In case of an emergency, immediately press the dedicated emergency stop button to halt all operations safely.
Step 4: Post-Production & Maintenance
After production stops, power down the system in the correct sequence and disconnect the air supply.
Thoroughly clean all SS304 stainless steel contact surfaces, feeding channels, and sealing jaws to remove adhesive residue.
Perform routine maintenance, such as lubricating Japan NSK bearings and inspecting electrical connections, to ensure long-term reliability.
