Pre-operation Check
Inspect the SS304 tank, Siemens motor, NSK bearings and sealing system. Confirm raw material supply, power/air supply are normal, and set temperature, metering and packaging parameters via Beckhoff PLC.
Production Operation
Feed raw materials in sequence, start heating and stirring. After the glue reaches the process standard, activate the automatic metering and pillow packaging system to start continuous production.
Post-operation Maintenance
After production, clean the tank and pipeline thoroughly. Shut down the system in sequence, conduct daily inspection and record operating data to ensure stable performance for the next batch.
