• Furniture Edge Banding & Lamination
Ideal for PUR edge banding adhesive in furniture manufacturing, bonding PVC/ABS edge strips to MDF, particleboard, and solid wood. It offers moisture resistance and high bonding strength, ensuring no peeling for over 15 years, suitable for cabinets and custom furniture.
• Textile & Garment Lamination
Applied as textile composite PUR hot melt adhesive for bonding fabrics, leather, and sponges. It maintains fabric flexibility and breathability, withstands over 50 washes, and fits sportswear, outdoor gear, and home textiles.
• Automotive Interior Assembly
Serves as automotive interior PUR adhesive for bonding seats, door panels, and ceilings. Compatible with ABS, fabrics, and leather, it meets -40℃ to 90℃ temperature resistance and low VOC requirements, ensuring 10-year durability.
• Electronic Component Encapsulation
Used for precise bonding of mobile phone frames, sensors, and displays. It features high insulation (volume resistivity >1×10¹⁵Ω·cm) and low shrinkage, maintaining stability in 1000 temperature cycles.
• Packaging & Book Binding
Suitable for carton sealing and high-end book binding. It provides strong adhesion to paper and plastic films, withstanding extreme temperatures, ensuring books lie flat and packages stay sealed.
• Building Material Bonding
Bonds aluminum-plastic panels, door/window profiles, and decorative films. It resists humidity and UV rays, preventing deformation, and is widely used in interior decoration and construction.

1. In addition to equipment supply, does your factory provide other services?
FLEX Machinery Co., Ltd. not only supplies customers with high-quality and cost-effective machines, but also offers a range of services according to the customer's needs, including adhesive formula technical support, full-process production guidance, as well as overseas machine installation and commissioning services.
2. What is the shelf life and storage requirement?
Unopened products have a 12-month shelf life when stored sealed in a cool, dry place (5-25℃) away from moisture and sunlight. After opening, use it as soon as possible and seal tightly with nitrogen to avoid premature reaction.
3. Why is the bonding not firm?
It may be due to incompatible substrates, insufficient adhesive amount, or improper temperature (110-140℃). Test compatibility first, adjust coating thickness, and ensure substrates are clean, dry, and oil-free before application.
4. What’s the proper construction temperature?
The optimal preheating and construction temperature is 110-140℃. Excessively high temperature (>250℃) causes polymer degradation, while low temperature leads to poor fluidity and insufficient bonding.
5. How to solve pipe clogging during use?
Clogging is usually caused by insufficient temperature or residual adhesive. Heat the hose to above 180℃ to melt solidified glue, and regularly clean equipment and check the temperature control system to prevent recurrence.
6. Can it bond low-surface-energy materials like PP/PE?
It is compatible with most materials including wood, textiles, and plastics. For PP/PE, perform flame treatment or use a primer first to improve adhesion, and conduct a test before mass production.
