Outstanding Initial Tack & Fast Wetting
This PUR hot melt adhesive provides instant and strong initial tack, with excellent wetting performance on wood, MDF, particleboard, veneer and PVC surfaces. It ensures tight fitting in seconds, effectively reducing hollow spots and improving efficiency for automatic flat lamination lines.
High Bonding Strength & Stability
With professional formula for flat lamination, it offers up to 2 times higher bonding strength than ordinary adhesives. It forms a durable and tough bonding layer that firmly fixes decorative films and panels, avoiding delamination, warping or peeling even under long-term use.
Excellent Waterproof & Temperature Resistance
After complete curing, this PUR adhesive forms a dense waterproof layer, with outstanding resistance to high temperature and low temperature. It remains stable without softening, cracking or degumming, making it ideal for furniture used in humid and harsh environments.
No Bubbles & High Flatness Finish
Specially designed for flat lamination, it ensures bubble-free and uniform glue application, maintaining excellent panel flatness. It delivers a smooth, high-quality surface finish, greatly improving appearance and grade of furniture panels, wall panels and decorative boards.
Wide Compatibility & Stable Production
Suitable for most automatic flat lamination machines, it has stable fluidity and long open time. It supports high-speed continuous production, reduces defective rate, and meets the high-efficiency, high-quality requirements of modern furniture manufacturing.

Furniture Panel Lamination
Ideal for flat lamination of solid wood, MDF, and particleboard with veneer, PVC, or acrylic films. It delivers a bubble-free, seamless bond that enhances the durability and premium appearance of cabinet doors, wardrobe panels, and tabletops.
Decorative Wall & Ceiling Panels
Used in the production of decorative wall panels and ceiling systems. Its excellent heat and moisture resistance ensures long-term stability, preventing warping or delamination in high-humidity environments like bathrooms and kitchens.
High-Speed Automatic Lamination Lines
Compatible with automatic flat lamination machines, it supports high-efficiency mass production. Its fast wetting and long open time allow for consistent, high-quality lamination at high line speeds, reducing defects and boosting output.
Specialized Industrial Applications
Applied in the manufacturing of specialized wood-based products such as door skins, flooring underlays, and acoustic panels. Its high bonding strength and flexibility meet the stringent performance requirements of industrial-grade construction materials.
Preheating & Melting
Set the glue tank temperature to 110–130°C and preheat until the adhesive melts completely and uniformly. Avoid overheating, as this can cause degradation and reduce bonding performance.
Parameter Adjustment
Adjust the glue coating thickness, feeding speed, and pressing pressure based on the panel thickness and decorative film material. Ensure the glue is applied evenly to avoid hollow spots or overflow.
Lamination Process
Start the automatic flat lamination line: feed the panel and film → apply adhesive → apply uniform pressure → cool and solidify. Maintain stable speed and pressure to achieve a bubble-free, seamless finish.
Post-Production Care
After production, seal the glue tank and feeding system tightly to prevent the adhesive from reacting with moisture in the air. Clean the nozzle and rollers promptly to ensure stable operation for the next use.
1. What is the recommended operating temperature?
The recommended melting temperature is 110–130°C. Maintaining a stable temperature ensures optimal fluidity and bonding strength; overheating can degrade performance and shorten service life.
2. How should I store this adhesive?
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Unopened packages have a shelf life of 6–12 months. Sealed storage is critical to prevent reaction with air moisture.
3. What materials can it bond?
It bonds effectively with solid wood, MDF, particleboard, and decorative surfaces like veneer, PVC, and acrylic. It is ideal for high-quality furniture and decorative panel lamination.
4. How to avoid bubbles and poor fitting?
Ensure the substrate surface is clean and dry, adjust coating thickness and pressure evenly, and maintain stable machine speed. Proper operation eliminates hollow spots and ensures a seamless finish.
5. Why choose PUR over traditional adhesives for lamination?
PUR offers superior bonding strength, waterproofing, and temperature resistance. It forms a durable chemical bond, preventing delamination and warping, making it ideal for long-lasting, high-quality products.
