Preparation

Coating & Assembly
Adjust the nozzle position and coating speed according to the product size, then apply the melted adhesive evenly to the bonding surface. Assemble the parts immediately and apply proper pressure to ensure full contact and initial bonding strength.
Post-Operation & Maintenance
After production, clean the nozzle and pipeline with a special cleaning agent to remove residual adhesive. Turn off the machine in sequence: first stop the glue supply, then lower the temperature, and finally cut off the power to extend the equipment's service life.
