High-Performance 4-Layer Composite Structure
Our PUR aluminum foil round bottom bag uses a precision-engineered PA/AL/PA/modified film structure. It includes a 15µ PA mechanical protective layer, a 9µ thick aluminum foil barrier, a 15µ nylon reinforcement layer, and an 80µ modified heat-seal layer, delivering exceptional all-around performance for PUR hot melt adhesive packaging.
Ultra-High Barrier & Moisture Resistance
With a thickened aluminum foil barrier, the bag offers excellent protection against gases, moisture, and UV light. It effectively prevents oxygen and water vapor infiltration, keeping PUR adhesives stable and extending their shelf life, even under long-term storage conditions.
Wide Temperature Resistance from -20°C to 165°C
Designed for industrial use, this high-temperature PUR bag withstands temperatures from -20°C to 165°C. The 80µ modified heat-seal layer ensures stability during PUR melting and application, making it compatible with various production environments.
Superior Mechanical Strength & Durability
Reinforced with a 15µ nylon film layer, the bag boasts high tensile strength, excellent puncture resistance, and flexibility. It adapts to demanding transport and handling, reducing breakage risk and ensuring reliable protection for adhesives.
Non-Sticky Heat-Seal & Complete Discharge Design
The specialized modified heat-seal layer provides strong, self-sealing performance without adhesive residue. Combined with the round bottom design, it ensures complete PUR adhesive discharge, minimizing waste and supporting efficient, residue-free production.

Automotive Interior Adhesives
Ideal for moisture-sensitive PUR hot melt adhesives used in automotive headliners, door panels, and interior trim. The 165°C heat resistance ensures compatibility with high-temperature dispensing equipment, while the high-barrier structure prevents premature curing, maintaining consistent bonding strength.
Packaging & Logistics Industry
Perfect for PUR adhesives in corrugated box sealing, bookbinding, and flexible packaging. Available in 2L/20L/200L sizes, it supports both small-batch operations and high-volume production, keeping adhesives stable and free from contamination during storage and transport.
Furniture & Woodworking Assembly
Designed for PUR adhesives used in edge banding, lamination, and furniture assembly. The puncture-resistant structure withstands factory handling, while the round bottom design ensures complete adhesive discharge, minimizing waste and ensuring smooth, residue-free application.
Textile & Nonwoven Manufacturing
Suitable for PUR hot melts in textile lamination, hygiene products, and shoe manufacturing. The excellent oxygen and moisture barrier properties preserve adhesive performance, preventing degradation that could compromise bond quality in sensitive production environments.
Construction & Building Materials
Used for PUR adhesives in insulation panel bonding, window assembly, and structural lamination. The high-temperature resistance and robust mechanical strength make it reliable for industrial-grade adhesives, even in demanding construction site conditions.
Preparation & Inspection
Check the bag for damage before use. Confirm the PUR adhesive is compatible with your equipment. Ensure the bag is stored upright in a dry, cool environment until installation.
Loading into the Melter
Place the bag into the melter chamber. Align the round bottom with the melter’s piercing mechanism. Secure the chamber lid to ensure a tight, airless seal.
Heating & Melting
Set the melter temperature to match the adhesive’s specifications (max 165°C). Allow sufficient time for the adhesive to fully melt before initiating production.
Production & Dispensing
Start the dispensing process once the adhesive reaches optimal viscosity. Monitor the feed to ensure a continuous, bubble-free flow.
End-of-Use & Changeover
Q: Can this bag withstand the high temperature of PUR melters?
A: Yes. Our high-temperature PUR aluminum foil bag is rated up to 165°C, matching standard PUR hot melt processing temperatures without deformation or leakage.
Q: Will the bag react with or contaminate the PUR adhesive?
A: No. The inner modified heat-seal layer is non-sticky and chemically inert, preventing contamination and ensuring the adhesive remains pure and stable.
Q: What sizes are available for my production scale?
A: We offer three standard capacities: 2L, 20L, and 200L, suitable for small-batch testing to large-scale industrial production lines.
Q: How does the bag protect PUR adhesive from moisture?
A: The multi-layer structure with an aluminum foil barrier provides excellent oxygen and moisture resistance, preventing premature curing and extending the adhesive’s shelf life.
Q: Can the bag be fully emptied without residue?
A: Yes. The round bottom design eliminates dead corners, ensuring complete adhesive discharge, minimizing waste and supporting efficient production.
