Pre-operation Preparation
First, check the electrical connections, vacuum degree, and cooling water circulation. Place raw materials into the feeding hopper according to the formula. Mixing & Processing
Start the dispersing mixer for high-speed dispersion, then switch to low-speed vacuum mixing. The integrated vacuum system will remove air bubbles automatically. Monitor the torque and temperature display closely; adjust parameters promptly if the material becomes too thick to ensure uniform mixing.
Filling & Completion
After mixing is complete, activate the hydraulic press and filling machine. Set the filling volume accurately to match cartridges, tubes, or buckets. Once finished, clean the nozzles and pipelines promptly with solvent to prevent material residue and curing.
